DM1Douglas has a long track record working with disadvantaged children and their families in Nepal - for over 19 years now. He is the founder of Child Welfare Scheme in England (now renamed KidAsha) as well as of Child Welfare Scheme in Hong Kong (CWSHK) and pioneered the establishment of local organization Child Welfare Scheme Nepal (CWSN).


Anil PaudelJoining Right4Children in May 2013, Anil is our CEO and Child Rights advisor. In Anil's own words, his "dream is to change the lives of vulnerable and victimized children and youths by creating real sustainable opportunities for them so as to realize their hope for a free and independent life".


Kriti Shrestha

Kriti Shrestha started her career with the bilateral organisation, JICA in December 1998 while she was also studying a Bachelors of Computer Application. She has worked in different I/NGOs. She has completed her Masters in Sociology.  Kriti has moved to work with R4C on the strength of her conviction that Right4Children is using the RIGHT approach for children, young people and mothers and on her enthusiasm to increase her personal contribution and further her career.


Ramesh KhadkaRamesh worked extensively with street children as a programme manager delivering needed services. At various times in his career, he has worked with UNICEFand Save the Children in Pokhara. Ramesh brings real care and lived experience to his work and is a shining example of our ‘www.GiveBack’ philosophy, from long before the philosophy or Right4Children was created. Today Ramesh works as our child protection programme manager, however, he still refers to himself as, first and foremost, a social worker.


Binod is our Monitoring & Evaluation Officer.  He has good working experience in project planning, development and implementation and also has profound knowledge of community based project cycle, interface and coordination.



Kesh BhujelKesu is currently focused on the child rights through art programme and organizes art competitions and mural productions with our partner schools.


Bishnu Kumari MallaBishnu started his work in the social sector as a social worker in CWIN focusing on child rights and the development of their child friendly schools project in Kaski district. After 3 years with CWIN he joined Siddhartha Club, where he was involved in the Building Disaster Resilient Community project. Bishnu  is currently engaged with CFS Project as a Programme officer (Child Right) .

Sharada G.T


Sharada G.T joined the R4C team as an Education Officer in August, 2015. She has finished the Master Degree in Sociology from Padma Kanya Multipal Campus, Kathmandu. She has 8 years of experience in the field of school teaching. Her aim in life is to significantly contribute in enhancement of quality and Child Friendly Education in the Schools of Nepal.


Sujit leads the logistical and technical needs of Right4Children.img_5978 He is an experienced social worker with a history of 7 years of working with street and  vulnerable children providing counseling, skills training and administrative support. He is currently leading the Vocational Training program.


Shambhu has been working in R4C since 2016 as a Project Manager of Earthquake Rebuilding Project. 

Shiva KC

Shiva KCShiva KC joined the R4C team as a Site Engineer for the Vocational Training (FAB) Project.  


20160219_092227Nikita has started her career as a school teacher. Then after she worked as a media person in Chitwan and  Pokhara for more than 5 years. She has completed the Intensive course in Psychosocial Counseling. She  joined R4C in August 2015 as facilitator in Radio programme  Milijuli Bolaun.  


 Durga has worked in the media industry for 4 years.She is passionate about social causes- especially child rights. Durga has uses her professional experience  as a radio presenter and technical recording editing, communication skills to guide the Milijuli Bolaun team in producing engaging programs.
