Art Competition

Right4Children organized a Basic level Art  Competition  between 4 schools of CFS III year on the 19th of June at Pumdibhumdi. Sujal sonam, Class 4 from Shree  Bhagwati Basic School won the competition. Likewise,  Amit Gurung, Class 4  from Shree Bhagwati Basic School & Suresh Nepali from Maheshwori Secondary School won 2nd & 3rd title respectively. And consolation title taken by Sohan Nepali Class 7 from Bhagwoti Basic School & Subina Gurung, Class 5 from Okhaledanda Bhumikot Secondary School . Total 16 students were participated .

R4C Started Internship Programme

R4C has started an internship programme to provide an opportunity to the fresh university graduates to put their learning into practice and to promote volunteerism. The programme will last for 7 months (June-December 2017). The interns are mobilized to improve the environment of the community schools that have been selected for the Child Friendly School  project for 2017.

The Internship programme also aims to provide professional  learning exposure to the fresh graduates and help them learn more about the people and cultures of the local communities were they are placed. Each intern has been placed in one of the 12 schools where they will stay for the 7 months and carry out the CFS project activities in the respective schools.

A- 3 day  Orientation Programme for the Interns was conducted from 19 to 21 May to orient them about Right4Children, its programmes and their roles & responsibilities.

The interns have been placed in the schools from 11th of June.
