Giving Voice to the Invisible

During the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence, Right4Children partnered with Public 4K Television to host a powerful interaction program on “Challenges of Women Working in the Adult Entertainment Sector.” This event provided a rare and essential platform for women whose voices are often unheard, shining a light on the realities they face every day.

We were honored to welcome the CDO of Kaski, government officials, civil society leaders, NGOs, and other distinguished guests. Their presence not only validated the importance of this discussion but also strengthened the collective commitment to protect and empower women in vulnerable situations.

The program explored the multi-layered challenges these women encounter: social stigma, economic insecurity, unsafe working conditions, and limited access to essential support services. By bringing these issues into the open, we aim to break stereotypes, foster empathy, and advocate for dignity and safety for all women.

Through Public 4K Television, the voices of these women and the insights of advocates reached a wider audience — sparking awareness, dialogue, and action. The discussion reminded us that true empowerment begins when society listens without judgment and acts with compassion.
