Right4Children recently hosted a two-day strategic planning workshop on June 20 and 21, 2025, at FAB School, one of our key project sites. The event brought together board members, staff, and the Chief Technical Advisor to collaboratively shape the organization's strategic direction for the years 2026 to 2030.
The workshop was a vital step in aligning our vision, goals, and activities for the coming five years. A wide range of strategic priorities and initiatives were discussed and outlined, setting a clear and actionable roadmap for Right4Children’s future work in child development, education, and community empowerment.

The session was facilitated by an experienced external facilitator who brought fresh energy and perspective to the planning process. Their engaging approach created a highly interactive environment, encouraging active participation and deep reflection among all attendees. Staff members found the sessions not only informative but also empowering, as they were able to share insights, voice their ideas, and contribute meaningfully to the strategic framework.
We’re proud of the collaborative spirit that defined these two days. The outcomes of the workshop reflect the collective commitment of our team to continue delivering impactful and sustainable change for children and communities across Nepal.

As we move forward with implementing our new strategic plan, we remain grounded in our mission and excited about the possibilities the future holds.

Stay tuned for more updates on our journey and the progress of our 2026–2030 strategic initiatives.
