Right4Children (R4C) organized its two-day Policy Orientation, Quarterly Review, and Team-Building Event from October 16–17, 2025, at Seven Lake Resort, Bhandardhik, Lekhnath. The event brought together 48 staff members (16 male and 32 female) for reflection, learning, and collaboration.

The first day began with an introduction session led by MEAL Manager Mr. Nabin Subedi, where participants shared their roles and experiences at R4C, highlighting the organization’s culture of teamwork, mentorship, and child-focused commitment. The quarterly review and reflection followed, with project leads presenting their achievements, challenges, and lessons learned. An HR Application orientation conducted by Media and Communication Manager Mr. Sagar Kunwar familiarized staff with new digital processes for leave and travel approvals.

On the second day, staff participated in an orientation on newly revised organizational policies promoting transparency and effective governance. The day concluded with lively team-building activities—quizzes, games, and communication challenges—organized by different project teams, strengthening unity and motivation across departments.

The event reaffirmed R4C’s commitment to continuous learning, collaboration, and empowerment. By fostering open dialogue, refining systems, and celebrating teamwork, the organization continues to advance its mission of protecting and empowering children, youth, and vulnerable communities through inclusive and sustainable initiatives.
