Right4Children organised a one-day Team-Building Workshop in Pokhara on 19 September. This workshop was a part of Right4Children's yearly activities. It brought together employees from different projects and the central office under one roof.

A total of 37 staff members attended the workshop which took place at the scenic Himalayan Front Hotel, on the route to Sarangkot, a well-known tourist destination in Pokhara, famous for panoramic mountain views.

"The workshop provided a valuable opportunity for the entire team to converge and engage in meaningful activities aimed at strengthening their collective bond." said Kriti Shrestha, CEO of Right4Children.

The workshop had interactive team-building games followed by reflection and sharing insights. These activities were designed to promote collaboration and unity while also having fun and entertainment among the participants.

The workshop started with the "Self-Evaluation" session led by Santosh Gurung. This session encouraged introspection and personal development. With "Self Evaluation," participants were asked to self-assess under the categories of Designer, Developer, Team-Player, Influencer, and Motivator by assigning themselves a score in each category. This exercise aimed to help participants understand their strengths and areas for improvement.

Goumaya Bhujel then facilitated the game sessions while Anil Rai led the storytelling and photography session.

Surya Gaire, Project Manager of the SIQAEE project who traveled from Nawalparasi East with his team to join the workshop in Pokhara, expressed profound gratitude for the rejuvenating workshop and an opportunity to connect with colleagues both new and old.
